Where we ship. Bass Luxury Sports ships within the United States only.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every product currently listed. There is no order minimum.

Handling time. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.

Transit time. Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.

Total delivery window. Expect delivery 4 to 9 business days after your order.

Returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Final sale items, custom-made merchandise, and clearance goods are not eligible for return.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges. We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Contact customer support to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and promptly ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-returnable items. Final sale items, clearance merchandise, custom-made apparel, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility.
