What we hold,
and why.

The access request. When you ask for access we keep what you send us: your name, your email address, your mobile number if you give one, whether you play baseball or softball, whether you are a player, parent, coach or collector, what you are interested in, and anything you write in Why Bass?. We use it to tell you when a release opens.

Email. Your request also creates or updates one profile for your email address with our email provider, marked with what you said you were interested in. One profile per person - asking twice does not make a second one.

Analytics. Only if you allow it. Privacy Choices in the footer is the same decision, available any time, and nothing loads before you make it.

What we do not do. We do not sell what you tell us. We do not pass it to anyone outside the people who run Bass Luxury Sports and the services that store it for us.

Changing your mind. Write to us and we will remove your request and your email profile.

If you buy something, the payment is handled by our payment processor, which sees the card details; we never do.
